Why is it critical for executives to take customer experience into consideration when creating a new campaign, products, etc.?

An executive’s goal is to solidify repeat and loyal customers. New campaigns and products should always cater to the customer’s  objectives, so it’s important to ask questions before and after the campaign is executed.

How is emerging technology shaping the customer experience?

Technology needs to be about ease of execution. Regardless of how innovative or robust new technology is, the customer experience is shaped by a seamless experience.
